Clinical Somatics is a safe movement practice that reintroduces freedom of movement through slow, mindful exercises which re¬educates the brain and releases chronic tension in the body.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a unique healing system based on the principles of yoga and Ayurveda. The practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
In life, one thing we can be sure about is that change will happen. Often change is a major contributor of stress and stress related aliments. What would it be like to become aware of your process of change and redefine the relationship you have to it?
Though at times we look for outside sources to guide us, somewhere deep inside we know that we must slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and listen to our own inner voice. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, through a combination of classical yoga techniques and elements of contemporary body-mind psychology, encourages this deeper connection with self. It is a non-prescriptive approach that empowers each individual to live and fully embrace their own unique gift of life.
During Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions, you are supported as you tap into your own wisdom and develop a deeper sense of who you are. Sessions are client-centered experiences of self that are transformative for people who want deepen their awareness, mindfulness, and insight. Weaving together body movement, dialogue, and awareness of “what’s happening now” on all levels provides opportunity for mindfulness and transformation.

In a series of sessions, Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Life Mentoring includes experiential mind body work similar to a PRYT session as well as ongoing Goal and Intention Clarification, an ongoing mentoring component, achievable action planning, and post session follow up.

Private Yoga Private yoga sessions allow you to work with a teacher to create a practice that makes sense for you. If you are new to yoga it allows for time to learn the fundamentals of the practice at your own pace. Yoga Therapeutics has proven to help with chronic pain, long-term injuries and address a wide range of issues both physically and emotionally. If you can’t make it to the studio we can accommodate you in your home.

Private group class up to 6 people $100.00 after that $10.00 a head.
